Medical Education Program Coordinator
Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point is committed to establishing and maintaining high quality Graduate Medical Education training programs. Our institution strives to provide residents with the education and training needed to develop personal, clinical, and professional competence under the guidance and supervision of the faculty and staff. With the recent accreditation of our Osteopathic Internal Medicine Program, we plan to continue the momentum through the application of additional medical education programs.
We are currently seeking a GME Program Coordinator to join our new team!!
The GME Program Coordinator directs the Graduate Medical Education administrative activities for the residency program, in conjunction with the Program Directors, Designated Institutional Official, and the GME Office. This position involves general guidance and direction by the leadership team. The coordinator is expected to perform most job duties independently and in accordance with established departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); Bachelors degree desired
One year of previous experience in administration and/or office management in an academic health care setting preferred
