Postgraduate Medical Education in Dubai
Rila Institute of Health Sciences has a collaborative partnership with the College of Medicine, Sharjah University, to deliver and examine a range of Postgraduate Medical Diplomas, within its Clinical Training Centre.
This UAE/Sharjah international hub will permit doctors to access postgraduate education within the Middle East, Africa and near East. The teaching faculty are a combination of UK and local specialists.
Diploma courses are available in the specialties of Cardiology, Diabetes, ENT, Urology, Family Medicine, Dermatology, Musculoskeletal Medicine. There is also a short programme in “Stroke Management”.
These courses start every March and November and end 12 months later with a final examination.
Diplomas, which are internationally recognised, are awarded by the Middlesex University, London, which is the overarching quality assurance organisation. Successful students have their name placed on the University roll call.
